Meet Your Beauty Nurse! Kelly Gibbs RN, BSN, CANS
I’ve been an Injector for 10 years and a National Trainer and Speaker for Allergan for the past 3 years. But, before I got to keep the world beautiful one face at a time, I used to save lives and stamp out diseases as a Cardio Thoracic ICU Nurse, Burn Trauma Nurse and ER Trauma Team Nurse. I mostly see myself as an artist with a nursing degree. I’m pretty proud of that. That’s how I got introduced to Aesthetics… through art. My intense medical background gives me the thorough knowledge of the full body and facial anatomy and physiology, but mostly this allows me to use “big words” with the docs. 😉 Besides working full-time as an Injector, I’m honored to also do 4-8 trainings per month on average with Allergan or privately. I’ll travel anywhere I’m needed. So far, I’ve gotten to train all the way to CA, NYC, FL, GA, VA, SC, NC, DC, WA, OH, KY, IN. When I first got into this amazing career, I remembered thinking that one day in the future if I could ever produce 500k a year, that I would be so happy, so when I crushed that goal in 2 years, my next goal became 750k then I crushed that goal in a year, so my next goal was 1 million and I crushed that goal in another year. I’m beyond blessed to be able to do a job I love. I literally don’t feel like I work a day in my life. I don’t go to work, I go to play. My patients are more like friends and family. Working for a Plastic Surgeon in Raleigh NC. who values what I have to offer has been wonderful. I have used all fillers and neuromodulators and have found that Allergan has mastered the best in the biz! Juvederm & Botox are by far superior and the most predictable in the market, so I’m 100% loyal to Allergan. The importance of a thorough head to toe assessment that includes how to bring Kybella on topic without offending the client is key! I can train you on how to close 100% of your consults with my technique. As an Injector Trainer, I can train brand new injectors who have never held a botox, filler, or Kybella syringe all the way to advanced seasoned injectors doing both on and off label techniques.
